Tiny Dog Injures Spencer Pratt
It’s only fitting that TV villian Spencer Pratt has been injured — by a tiny, tiny dog. Apparently, Spencer was playing tug of war with his dog Rainbow and was holding a rope in his mouth (smart!). Rainbow tugged the rope, causing Spencer to bite his tongue to the point where he needed stitches. Spencer and wife Heidi have done a lot of dumb things — this is not even the worst of it — but we just can’t feel sorry about this one. [PeoplePets]

The horrific magnitude-8.8 earthquake in Chile — which is still being felt in a series of aftershocks – has left hundreds of people dead and homes damaged. You’d like to help, but feel a bit helpless: Since I’m so far away, how will I know my money will go the distance?

The Academy Awards are only a few days away, and we wanted to know which Best Picture nominee is the favorite. At Monday’s Cosmopolitan Fun Fearless Male event, we asked a handful of celebs which they would choose: Avatar or Hurt Locker.

I have to go with the Hurt Locker. I was so astonished to learn that it was directed by a woman, too. I mean, who would have thought? And it’s James Cameron’s wife, too. I think it was an amazing, amazing film.

It’s so hard to guess. It seems like a few months ago, Up in the Air was the big favorite, now everything is shifting. But of course I’m biased for a woman director so I’m going to say Hurt Locker.
