Here’s wishing you all a very Happy New Year 2010. According to old traditions, it’s also the 8th day of Christmas.

There’s a lot of Avril entertainment to look forward to in 2010. Her new album is coming out this year, and she is appearing on “American Idol” early in the year. There’s lots more on the way as well. News to come soon!

You all probably know this by now so it may not be news but I just want to get you even more stoked for Avril Lavigne’s guest judge position on American Idol. The new season will start in January 2010 and looks better then ever because there are so many guest judges. It just seems natural that they would pick Avril because she is a young talent and can probably relate more to the contestants.

I scored this great promo video from the Ellen Degeneres show (the new judge on the show) and you can catch a sneak peak of Avril. It’s only for a second but it’s really exciting.
