Avril’s an Enduring Chart Topper
Congrats again to our contest winner: Anne Taylor. I hope you enjoy the goodies. I’m trying to decide on the next cool contest we’ll offer here.
In other news, I knew that Avril has had many hits, but I wanted to find out where exactly her hits charted. So I did a bit of research.
Avril Lavigne has had eleven singles chart on Billboard’s Hot 100 List. “Girlfriend” topped the charts at Number 1, and “Complicated” wasn’t far behind, reaching #2. “I’m With You” cam in next at a peak of the #4 spot on the charts. Her other songs that made the list: “My Happy Ending,” Sk8er Boi,” “Keep Holding On,” “Don’t Tell Me,” “When You’re Gone,” “Nobody’s Home,” “Losing Grip” and Hot.” She has also featured in many of their other lists.
Congrats to Avril on being on top of the charts so often. I know that her new 2010 album will bring several hits that climb the charts as well.
