Deryck Whibley Gets the House – Where Should Avril Lavigne Live Next?

I was surprised to hear that Avril Lavigne signed over her multi-million dollar L.A. mansion to ex-husband Deryck Whibley. I guess it was nice of her. I wonder where she’s planning to live next? If I was her I would couch surf with friends until her new album is done. Then I would move to New York City!!!!

L.A. is cool and all and I get that being a Canadian girl Avril is probably loving the warm weather. However, New York has way more to offer and suits her style a bit more. She did after all debut her first fashion show in New York not L.A., which clearly reflects the city of angles as less fashion forward.

There are so many great things to do in New York and the dudes are way hotter! Just look at the above pictures….she fits right in!
