Avril Year In Review: 2009

In our last Reader’s Poll to end 2009, you revealed that you want to see more posts on personal Avril info and Avril music news the most.

Looking back at 2009, it’s been quite a year for Avril. She had her fashion line Abbey Dawn go into its second year of production, making a show at New York’s fashion week. She launched her fragrance Black Star. She’s continued promoting Canon, and she even found time to work in other campaigns as well. She has performed for charity and went on tour.

The proper question might be: What hasn’t Avril done in 2009? Avril even put a positive spin on filing for divorce this year from husband Deryck Whibley, as she announced it on her MySpace blog with the heading of “moving forward on a positive note.”

I hope that your 2009 has been wonderful. May 2010 bring even more blessings. Happy New Year. Stay safe and very happy as you celebrate tonight.

I will update here tomorrow, ringing in the year properly for a blogger. Since I started at AvrilGroupie.com a couple of weeks ago, I have really been enjoying it thanks to all of you.
